Daemon Technologies, a Hong Kong company focused on the Stacks 2.0 network and Proof of Transfer consensus, is excited to announce a new launch partner to support Stacking: HashQuark. HashQuark provides the most secure, stable and convenient enterprise-level staking services, and is one of the largest such providers in Asia.

HashQuark plans to work with Daemon Technologies to integrate support for Stacking on the Stacks 2.0 mainnet, making it easy for STX token holders to earn BTC from their holdings. The highly anticipated Stacks 2.0 network will bring smart contracts and dApps to Bitcoin, something that has never been possible without forking or wrapping the asset. The native token of the Stacks 2.0 network is the STX token, which provides a new, permissionless way to earn BTC just by HODLing.

"Daemon Technologies' mission is to push the adoption of Stacks technology in Asia - needless to say we're thrilled to work with HashQuark to enable them to support Stacking. This integration will go a long way towards making participation on the Stacks 2.0 network accessible. Stacking as a service, offered on HashQuark's platform, will make it simple for any holders of STX to earn BTC."-Xan Ditkoff, CEO of Daemon Technologies.

While HashQuark already supports Staking for most of the major Proof of Stake networks, their support for Stacking will be a first. Never before has an open source consensus mechanism given HODLers earnings in a different, underlying asset: BTC.

"HashQuark's partnership with Daemon Technologies signals our long-term belief in the Daemon team and vision. We are excited to work with this promising project to provide quality staking service as always and pave the way to a more enabling public blockchain ecology."—Leo Li, HashQuark CEO
